• Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. In the event a product is out of stock after an order is placed, we will notify you and offer a suitable replacement or a refund for the unavailable item.
3. Orders and Payments
• Order Acceptance: Placing an order on www.psbelite.co.in constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to stock unavailability, errors in pricing, or issues identified by our fraud detection department.
• Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment must be realized before the dispatch of goods unless Cash on Delivery (COD) is selected and available.
• Order Cancellation by User: You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched for delivery. Once the order is out for delivery, cancellations may not be accepted or may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Delivery and Shipping
• Delivery Areas: We currently deliver only to specified pin codes. Please check your pin code's eligibility on our website before placing an order.
• Delivery Timelines: While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes provided at checkout, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, traffic, or logistical issues). VENKATESWARA AND CO is not liable for such delays.
• Delivery Charges: Applicable delivery fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order value.
• Receiving Orders: It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order. Perishable goods left unattended at your request are at your own risk.
5. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
• Perishable Goods: Due to the nature of fresh produce and perishable items (e.g., fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat), we generally do not accept returns. If you receive a damaged or spoiled perishable item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic proof for a replacement or refund.
• Non-Perishable Goods: Unopened and unused non-perishable items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be issued as store credit or transferred to your bank account upon request.
